DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform duties of sales in responsible local and ensure the right, clarify, enough and on-time based on high efficiency, including participating in the sale the main products and other products of bank, Disbursement loan, Collect monthly payment.
- Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing, and developing appropriate information necessary for credit assessment, and recommend and complete all documents and forms.
- Interview and do a field check and prepare the documents.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and relevant local authorities.
- Support officer within, including daily sale report, Visit applicant (resident & business location), Clarify the document requirements submitted.
- Prepare loan agreement, support disbursement process, insurance collection, vehicle tax payment collection, and daily collection.
- Other jobs assigned by management.
- Backup the other officer.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
- More than 1 year of experience with microfinance, banking, or loan-related fields.
- Ability to have good communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Honesty, high commitment, and good teamwork.
- Computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
