POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is to support the team to ensure the card management system is well-performing, up-to-date in configuration, and has no impact on authorization transaction processing on both acquiring and issuing. And also focuses on automation of internal processes.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Work with the CMS vendor for new requirements or fix the related issues.
- Card implementation, system configuration, or parameter setup in the CMS.
- Technical support and control on ATM/POS services and other channels follow the SOP.
- Support internal or external teams on related issues.
- Support system release, testing, and deployment across SIT, IJAT, and production environments.
- Follow internal procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements related to system access and data handling.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the line manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a card management system.
- Experience in card payment systems, switching systems, or digital banking platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; build good work relationships and drive effective communications with colleagues, senior management, and external vendors.
- Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work under pressure, and quality-oriented.
- Good in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Good in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel).
