POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for automating and improving manual bank processes across the institution, with a focus on process streamlines/simplifications and operations revamping.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Review bank processes across the institution and identify key process for improvement.
- Perform detail process review and draw the "As-is" process and do measurement on the processing time, resources, touchpoint, and others.
- Perform analysis on the as-is process, then identify the improvement opportunity by leveraging on LEAN Six Sigma or automation tool such as RPA, workflow system, in-house development.
- Define or propose "To-be" process for improvement, and provide the benefit for revamp the process such as TAT saved, FTE saved, touchpoint saved, etc.
- Work with business stakeholders included risk management to identify the risk for "To-be" process and the mitigation control and prepare proposal for implementation the "To-be" process.
- Work with technical stakeholders to implement the change until it rolled out.
- Monitoring and evaluate the process after revamp and continuous improvement with on-going support.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding related stakeholders in new processes.
- Champion process improvement methodologies and work closely with policy and operational control and relevant stakeholders to influence the integration of new and existing business frameworks.
- Interact with all relevant stakeholders and be able to document existing processes, simplify systems, design UX/UI and process flows, adapting them to the new concept of automation.
- Any adhoc assignment by Line Manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Business Management, Banking Process, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 year of experience in Business and Banking Process, Business Analysis, Full stack developer or related fields.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of business process streamlining methodologies.
- Good communication skills including English and Chinese proficiency.
- Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, Vjsio, XD, Figma, Excel, etc.
