POSITION DESCRIPTION
The role is responsible for authorizing tax payments via CIB, serving as a backup authorizer for daily ITT and OTT transactions, and dealing with special customer requirements.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle authorized tax payment via Corporate Internet Banking (CIB).
- Act as backup authorizer for daily ITT and OTT transactions.
- Manage preparing and reviewing the daily currency exchange rate.
- Respond on daily & monthly ITRS reports to NBC.
- Monitor daily transaction activities and ensure proper completion, reconciliation, and filing of operational documents.
- Support the handling of special or priority customers and their transaction requirements.
- Ensure customer requests are handled professionally while maintaining compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Review tax payment information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree/master's in Banking and Finance/Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Bank operation, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of bank transactions and bank operations.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Good in English language (Chinese is a plus).
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skill, Honesty Attitude, High Commitment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solving.
