POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for leading the architect team in the scope of work of designing 2D and 3D layout plans for project renovation and new building supporting branches and related departments by coordinating and following up with the constructor on requisition and renovation progress in order to provide the best hospitality to customers whenever they come to the bank. S/he will perform function to engage with concerned department as well branch customer experience team to maintain the branch facilities with the bank's standard
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead the design of the 2D layout plan.
- Lead design 3D and rendering for new building and renovation projects.
- Coordinate and follow up with the constructor/renovator and work closely with the branch manager to ensure all renovation projects are finished on time with the expected result.
- Enhance the branch look and feel project and make sure all branches strictly follow our guideline/policy.
- Serve as a senior point to work closely with the customer experience team and branch to coordinate and follow up on the renovation requisition/progress with related stakeholders and report to the head of the property management unit.
- Initiate an idea to improve the branch's facilities at customer touch points by benchmarking from other competitor activities and the market.
- Produce monthly and quarterly report related to progress of renovation project at all branches
- Supervise site visits at perspective construction/renovation branches
- May perform other tasks as assigned by top management
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, communication skill, presentation skill, problem-solving, and teamwork; good in English.
- Have knowledge/concepts of bank interior & exterior design, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.
- Ability to work under high pressure to deal with concerned stakeholders and have high commitment.
- Able to travel to the province.
