POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Assistant TalentAcquisition Manager will play a vital role in executing the bank's hiringstrategy. The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles,, developing and promoting the bank's employer brand, and maintainingthe recruitment dashboard to provide data-driven insights to leadership.The role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry and acommitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business units, primarily focusing on mid-level roles;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job specifications, and develop effective sourcing strategies;
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and the Interview Tracking Report, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;
  • Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages;
  • Manage the offer negotiation and pre-employment due diligence process;
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and relevant labor regulations;
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance the bank’s reputation as an employer of choice within the financial services industry;
  • Manage and create compelling content for the bank's careers page and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook and Telegram Channel) to showcase the company culture and employee value proposition;
  • Represent the bank at career fairs, university events, and professional networking groups;
  • Implement initiatives to ensure a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding;
  • Gather and analyze candidate feedback to continually improve branding and recruitment processes;
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, source of hire, candidate pipeline health;
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and presentations for the Talent Acquisition Manager and senior management, highlighting trends and challenges and providing actionable recommendations;
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development Department on young talent program recruitment;
  • Participate in the implementation of strategic projects that align with the HR Services Division’s overall objectives and targets to support the needs of the business;
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 05 years ofprogressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a recruiting role;
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experienceworking with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR reporting tools;
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and acquire meaningful insights from recruitment metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese is a plus;
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners;
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with common roles, regulatory environments, and talent trends within the banking sector;
  • Detail-Oriented: Highlevel of attention to detail for managing compliance and data accuracy;
  • Branding Acumen: Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices for employer branding.
