POSITION DESCRIPTION
Managing ATM alarms, cameras, NVRs, and security patch updates and working with vendors or relevant parties to ensure the ATM system and operation are stable.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow the schedule for maintenance of the ATM/SSM network device and camera.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Support ATM. System upgrades and system patches are promptly received from system vendors.
- Support Issue fixes relate to ATM, alarm system, connection, camera, NVR, and other systems used by ATM/SSM.
- Support vendor onsite check/maintenance/fix ATM and SSM.
- Follow the installation of the new ATM/CRM, alarm, and CCTV.
- Follow standby for weekend and holiday.
- Report all incident issues on ATM/CRM, alarm, and CCTV.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in computer science, IT, or another related field.
- Minimum of a year of experience in IT work and ATM support with exposure to multiple environments.
- Good in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Able to travel to/across the province.
