POSITION DESCRIPTION
Assist Head of branches and business development to identify branches and customer demand to ensure our branches and services up to date, provide good service to customers, could compete in the market and build branding.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct regular branch site visits to understand customer needs, identify improvement areas, and recommend innovation and development opportunities.
- Perform market and competitor surveys to assess current positioning and identify opportunities for branch enhancement.
- Initiate and drive branch innovation initiatives to support business growth at branch level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve products and services and support branches in accomplishing their business plans.
- Determine branch and customer requirements through continuous engagement with branches, operational visits, surveys, data analysis, application preparation, and reporting.
- Conduct branch feasibility study for new branch set up, branch reallocation and do data analysis for branch and business opportunity.
- Drive other key initiatives under Branch and Business Development and Branch Management (BBD/BMD). Research and explore new mechanism/strategies to drive branches and business for growth and build up Canadia Bank branding.
- Work with relevant departments to keep branches and BMD on going improvement.
- Perform other duties assigned by BMD/COO.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or higher academic education is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant banking experience to the role needed.
- Proactive in problem solving, prioritize and creative thinking
- Proactive to propose new initiative idea and able to handle project
- Familiar with data analysis and market research.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
