POSITION DESCRIPTION
Managing the portfolio of consumer banking products and driving sales performance across various channels requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to effectively manage the team and achieve business objectives.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Identify new business opportunities across geographies, products, sectors, and industries, and choose the target market and segments to grow the consumer banking business portfolio.
- Customer insight analysis (age group, income, behavior, etc.)
- Data insight and analysis.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations as needed by stakeholders.
- Promotions, campaigns, and cashback performance management for all products under Consumer Banking.
- Design and build tracking tools to track all sales incentive payments.
- Work with IT and stakeholders to rectify data errors, address missing information, and establish data fields for validating the accuracy of consumer banking product data for business strategic usage. Build a master data spreadsheet for monitoring all product performance under consumer banking.
- Manage the UAT process of consumer projects toward timely implementation.
- Monitor the insurance schedule and update customers' status in the master data spreadsheet.
- Help to allocate a yearly or quarterly budget to each consumer product and monitor each product's performance compared to the budget.
- Assist in providing sales marketing, strategies, and initiative to the business team and management.
- Provide sales performance and customer feedback to management.
- Delinquency Management and Insight Analysis.
- Occasionally, help collect market and economic data from the Internet for business strategy usage.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, IT, or other relevant degree.
- Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Sound knowledge of banking business.
- Ability to work independently and as a team in an effective and efficient manner.
- I am able to work under pressure and possess good time management skills.
- Strong analytic skills; be able to analyze all factors (internal and external) effecting sales performance.
- Good at Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BL shall be a plus.
- Good command in Khmer and English.
- Good at doing research on the Internet.
- Strong team building, communication, and problem solving.
- Having initiative and being able to work with minimum supervision and with different stakeholders.
- At least 4 years of related work experience is preferred.
