POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Relationship Manager is responsible for driving & monitoring Corporate RO/SRO for identifying & onboarding target clients to meet the setting target of their responsible region.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor team activities, coach, and conduct performance reviews to maintain stable operations.
- Review thoroughly all credit proposals submitted by the team.
- Monitor and prepare call plans, sales pipelines, and other reports required by the Head Office team on a daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis.
- Drive and monitor their responsible regional loans to ensure achievement of the targets as expected.
- Marketing and sales activities—identify and approach potential target Corporate customers to build a strong quality pipeline.
- Implement call plans to generate leads and develop deal prospects for pipeline discussions.
- Manage customers' relationships and handle all customers' requests.
- Work with clients to collect information and documents and arrange for Head Office team to conduct a business/collateral site visit.
- Monitor and conduct Credit Review (with Head Office team as per requested) and collect documents for credit review.
- Monitor loan collection, chasing up for payments together with branches.
- Credit administration—Monitor and follow up with branches to ensure that credit administration tasks are complete.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Head, Corporate Lending Support/Management.
QUALIFICATION
- A master's/bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Banking and Finance or any related field, is required.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a financial institution.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and e-mail.
- Be able to work under pressure, on multiple tasks, and with tight deadlines.
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and by the deadline.
- Good interpersonal and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Respect and love work, as do commitment and good communication.
- Be able to travel to provinces.
