POSITION DESCRIPTION
Received or assigned loan request from HO & Branches. Ensure all required documents are filled in & fully complete as per bank guidelines & policy, and deliver them to the related department head or division head to continue the process. Scanning credit memos and other documents to branches on time after CC/DOA approval.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Received a loan request, credit review, or other request from HO & branches via LOS/OMNIDOC/Email.
- Check and print out or defer all requests to Credit Analytics.
- Record all the request files before delivering to CA or the related department.
- Bring the document to the related Head division for their review or approval after the CA comment.
- Scan & send the approval of the credit memo to the lending department or branch after complete sign-off from the CEO/CC/DOA.
- Upload the credit memo into LOS for safekeeping.
- Prepare all loan request files in order for the CA's next request.
- Prepare the original memo and other related documents, then record them before passing them back to the home branch.
- Provide a monthly loan submission report to the head of the department or related department.
- Support and back up the team when they are on leave or urgent leave, and facilitate the team worker whenever they need help.
- Take ownership of oneself—responsibility and one's own performance—and drive one's own behaviors and values to an optimal level and function.
- Working as assigned by Head of Department and Head of Division or top management.
- Comply with policies of Canadia Bank.

QUALIFICATION
- Year 3-4 university student.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Able to use Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
