POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Digital Product Strategy, is responsible for driving product development, performance optimization, and strategic initiatives across the bank's digital platforms, with a primary focus on card products. In addition to leading card portfolio growth, this role actively contributes to the evolution of mobile banking, internet banking, payment gateway services, and partner-integrated solutions. The role requires strong product planning capabilities, growth-driven thinking, and collaboration across multiple teams to strengthen the bank's overall digital ecosystem for both retail and merchant customers.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of card products (credit, debit, prepaid), ensuring competitiveness, innovation, and customer relevance.
- Support the enhancement of other digital products, including mobile banking, internet banking, and payment gateways, ensuring integrated service offerings across digital channels.
- Contribute to digital growth strategies by identifying new product opportunities, enhancing user experiences, and supporting go-to-market initiatives across key digital platforms.
- Analyze product performance data, user behaviors, and transaction trends to develop insights and propose improvements across card and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technology, marketing, operations, risk, and compliance) to deliver product initiatives in line with digital growth objectives.
- Work with external partners (Visa, Mastercard, fintech providers, and merchants) to expand value propositions, integrate new services, and drive card and digital platform usage.
- Monitor and report on product KPIs, including customer adoption, transaction volumes, engagement metrics, and revenue contribution across assigned products.
- Ensure that all digital product initiatives comply with regulatory standards, risk policies, and best practice frameworks.
- Provide support in planning and executing digital innovation projects, including new feature launches and strategic partner integrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Digital Products and Strategy.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management roles within banking, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of card products, mobile and internet banking platforms, payment gateways, and digital financial ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to manage product growth initiatives and cross-product integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communicator with experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital product management tools, and data analysis platforms.
