POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Head of Digital Transformation will lead the organization’s end-to-end digital transformation strategy, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric solutions through technology. This role is responsible for modernizing business processes, leveraging data and digital platforms, and embedding a digital-first mindset across the organization.


DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead the development and drive execution of strategic business partnerships as it relates to Group Digital Transformation and ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
  • Work with business and operations teams to enhance and digitize Key Workflows and Processes such as business capability models, transformation roadmaps, business architecture diagrams, and required analysis of risks, benefits, and opportunities that business partners may face.
  • Provide strategic counsel and engage with key partners on identifying business priorities, define and support Digital and Data Governance Principles (standards, ownership, prioritization, reuse) across the group.
  • Promote effective use of Data, Reporting, and Dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, and hardware, to guarantee reliability, security and scalability and collaborate with other departments to identify technology opportunities and implement solutions that support growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key partners to ensure ongoing alignment and integration of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish, manage, and drive program measures and Business Impact Against Agreed KPIs; ensure alignment with enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between business, technical teams, and group management.
  • Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning to minimize downtime.
  • Motivate, coach, support, and develop staff by enhancing their business acumen and technical abilities.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, or enterprise IT roles.
  • Demonstrated advisory and consulting experience in supporting leaders through digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation programs.
  • Experience in leading IT strategic planning, research, analysis, and the development of IT performance measures, KPI development, and reporting.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills, including the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
