POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is designed to support the business objectives and Bank performance. This role will perform HR-related duties at the professional level in various functional areas.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Be the consultant and work with RHs and/or BMs on staffing, both replacement and additional.
- Support the process of staff movement, including staff transfer, promotion, assignment, resignation, and retention.
- Be the interviewer for staff internal promotion and exit interviews.
- Support sourcing and interview external candidates to fill vacancies at branches to ensure branches have sufficient resources to support daily operations and business.
- Support and work with all related parties for special investigation cases/LED reports/disciplinary action.
- Check and survey feedback from newly hired staff on buddy implementation.
- Be the consultant on a variety of HR actions, including employee relations issues, policy interpretation, talent management and development, performance improvement plans, performance planning and evaluation, and compensation.
- Track head count by branch and region and update all relevant parties.
- Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis for current and future staffing and skill needs.
- Other ad hoc activities assigned by Line Manager.
QUALIFICATION
- BA in Finance & Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field preferred.
- At least 03 years of experience in HR functions.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Good in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitaskand work efficiently under pressure.
- Computer skills: Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
