DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Support Head of Department in developing strategy to boost up transactions, volumes, and fee incomes of SWIFT remittance business, and identifying strategic growth opportunities for International Instant Payment services.
- Understand customer's needs and develop such products) and process(es) with related stakeholders for both OTC and digital banking channel for SWIFT remittance services, as well as international instant payment services.
- Review and update products/services feature to ensure customer satisfaction, product profitability and market competitiveness for both cross-border business lines.
- Monitoring SWIFT / Instant Payment products and service performance and prepare report for Managements.
- Be a contact person to response all inquiries from sales team and related department regarding to SWIFT remittance and International Instant Payment service issues and improvement.
- Conduct research, analyses, and propose business opportunities to meet market demand.
- Work with Branches, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to promote SWIFT remittance and International Instant Payment business to achieve bank target.
- Ensure the projects are properly managed and tracked to meet project timeline for implementation.
- Conduct training or sharing session for both internal and external clients that related to SWIFT remittance and International Instant Payment business.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager or Managements.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or higher academic education is required.
- Having at least 5 years of relevant banking experience to the role needed.
- Possessing effective communication skills with team, stakeholders across all BUs, departments, branches. Good leadership and negotiation skills.
- Understand well about API connection and digital transformation.
- Used to manage business projects including product, process development and relevant initiatives to improve transactional banking services.
- Fluent in English, Khmer and other languages.
- Having strong commitment to deliver assignment, project to be assigned, working on tight/urgent deadline completion once required.
- Having good work ethic, integrity and collaboration team spirit.
- Willing to learn new things and be adaptable for various working environment.
