POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is to deal with aspects related to in-house NPL resolution.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Act as co-person responsible for overall team administration, ensuring smooth coordination and workflow within the NPL Legal Department.
- Collect, review, and organize legal documents, memos, and related materials from internal and external parties.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly reports on the progress and movement of legal actions handled by the team.
- Support and coordinate tasks related to the annual audit, including providing required legal documentation and clarifications.
- Share legal knowledge and guidance with new staff to ensure proper orientation and consistent application of legal standards.
- Assist the Legal Manager and Co-Head of Department in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal proposals and recommendations for submission to the Credit Committee.
- Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned by the Legal Manager or Co-Head of Department.
- Assist the legal manager in relation to debt and non-performing loan (NPL) recovery processes.
- Assist in preparing the litigation (suing) in court, obtain court decisions, and apply to cases appropriately.
- Be able to join the procedure at the provincial court as a mission order.
- Other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Prior experience in legal administration or corporate governance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Good communication in English and strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
