POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is created under the direction of Senior Manager, Learning & Development and Head of Learning & Development. S/he must perform a variety of duties to support and maintain effective workflows of the whole department.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Organizational Development (OD): Support OD efforts by contributing to leadership development, culture-building initiatives, and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Learning Program Management: Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs aligned with business needs and growth strategies.
- Project Management: Lead L&D projects by managing timelines, resources, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Training Support: Develop and deliver training materials, support facilitation, and ensure an engaging learner experience.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, and webinars to ensure seamless execution and participant satisfaction.
- L&D Research and Best Practices: Conduct research on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance learning strategies and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for L&D and OD activities, maintaining effective communication and providing insightful reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine programs and practices to align with evolving organizational goals and best practices in L&D and OD.
- Handle other assignments from line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance and Banking, or Business Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Functions, preferably in L&D or Performance Management.
- Good data analysis and interpretation.
- Organizational skills-strong planning, organizational development, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communications, influence, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, patient, high commitment, able to work under pressure and multiple tasks per deadlines.
