POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for supporting QS, bidding, contractor review, work site visits, quantity take-off, and related departments by coordinating and following up with the constructor on progress in order to provide the best hospitality to customers whenever they come to the bank.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Advising managers and owners on improvements and new strategies.
- Material Request.
- Quantity takeoff.
- Material Specification.
- Preparing Material List.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Bidding document processing and preparation.
- Site visit and investigation.
- Invite Contractor for Bidding.
- Contractor Record and Review.
- Preparing BOQ for Architect, MEP, and Structure.
- Payment progressing and tracking.
- Weekly and Monthly Report to Senior QS.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, communication skill, Presentation skills, problem-solving, and being a team player, Good in English (writing and speaking)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Reading material specification.
- Reporting.
- Ability to work under high pressure to deal with concerned stakeholders and have high commitment.
- Able to travel to the province.
- Document control.
- Other related technical skills.
