POSITION DESCRIPTION

Managing the portfolio of Consumer Banking products and driving sales performance across various channels, strong analytical mindset, the ability to interpret complex data, data visualization, data storytelling, and strategic thinking to effectively manage the business performance to achieve business objectives.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Do research on the new services and products innovation such as dormant account reactivation method, Digital Platforms for Banking Service, Deposit products, Loan products, and business promotions to support our business activities.
  • Work with IT, and other relevant stakeholders for data quality management in order to rectify data errors, address missing information, and establish data fields for validating the accuracy of consumer banking product data for business strategic usage.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations as stakeholder needed.
  • Customer insight analysis (age group, income, behavior etc.).
  • Customer retention support.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Design and build tracking tools to track and monitor all sale performance.
  • Build master data spreadsheet for monitoring the pre-maturity loan.
  • Delinquency management and reporting.
  • Work with IT to for data capture and reports development and manage IJAT process of new reports development toward timely implementation.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other tasks assigned.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economic, Business Administration, Data Science,   IT, statistics or other relevant degree.  
  • Fast learning.
  • Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and data presentation.   Sound knowledge of banking business.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Able to work under pressure and possess good time management skill.
  • Strong analytic skills, be able to analyze all factors (internal & external) effecting sale performance.
  • Good at Excel spreadsheet, Word, Power point, Tableau and Power Bl shall be a plus.
  • Good command in Khmer and English.
  • Good at doing research on Internet.
  • Strong team building, communication and problem solving.
  • Having initiative and can work with minimum supervision and with different stakeholder.  
  • At least 2 years related work experience is preferred.
