POSITION DESCRIPTION
To provide operational and administrative support to the SME lending Department, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient daily operations.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Support daily SME lending operations, including loan agreement checking and document logistics (document in/out).
- Manage loan files, including tracking, monitoring, and secure storage.
- Track implementation and monitor operational issues raised by control parties such as auditors, BQC, credit review, and compliance.
- Assist in monitoring and following up on title conversions, including ST to HT and L-Map receipt conversion and delivery.
- Support system operations and reporting functions, including LOS, The Coin, and related systems.
- Prepare and assist with reports such as sales pipeline, loan area reports, and other operational reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum experience in administrative or office support roles within banking or financial institutions is preferred.
- Good command of English communication, both spoken and written.
- Strong reporting, computer, and analytical skills; knowledge of programming is an advantage.
- Good problem solving, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively across functions.
