POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences for web and mobile applications. This role focuses on understanding user needs, improving customer experience, and creating intuitive interface designs that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and requirements.
- Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
- Create user-centered designs based on business and customer requirements.
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are applied in all digital products.
- Design attractive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain consistency of visual elements, branding, typography, colors, and design systems.
- Create mockups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Review and improve existing interfaces for better usability and performance.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices .
- Other task assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Experience in web and mobile application design is preferred.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Good communication skills including English and Chinese proficiency.
- Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, Visio, )(D, Figma, Excel, etc.
