DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for dispute transaction solving to cardholder.
- Responsible for ATM Cash Withdrawal Reconciliation to Accounting Team.
- Responsible for CMS User Creation/Modification to End User.
- Responsible for technical issues of NBC reconciliation.
- Responsible for POS installation (TMS Setup) and testing new version release from POS vendor.
- Responsible for CBC report generation and testing new enhancements from NBC.
- Support and solve issues related to card issuance from T24.
- Responsible and support investigation and solve issues from the business team related to the CMS system.
- Other assignments and tasks assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- All tasks requested to be completed on time and the result will comply with IT, risk, and audit policy.
- Graduated student in IT or other related fields.
- Working experience in card management systems or related areas of at least 1 year.
- Computer proficiency, self-starter, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperate in teamwork.
- Good timeline management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good in English and Khmer for both speaking and writing.
