DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for dispute transaction solving to cardholder.
  • Responsible for ATM Cash Withdrawal Reconciliation to Accounting Team.
  • Responsible for CMS User Creation/Modification to End User.
  • Responsible for technical issues of NBC reconciliation.
  • Responsible for POS installation (TMS Setup) and testing new version release from POS vendor.
  • Responsible for CBC report generation and testing new enhancements from NBC.
  • Support and solve issues related to card issuance from T24.
  • Responsible and support investigation and solve issues from the business team related to the CMS system.
  • Other assignments and tasks assigned by line manager.


QUALIFICATION

  • All tasks requested to be completed on time and the result will comply with IT, risk, and audit policy.
  • Graduated student in IT or other related fields.
  • Working experience in card management systems or related areas of at least 1 year.
  • Computer proficiency, self-starter, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperate in teamwork.
  • Good timeline management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good in English and Khmer for both speaking and writing.
