DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist CBO in secretarial and administrative tasks including appointment arrangements, managing phone call & correspondences, travel arrangement etc.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for assigned tasks by CBO.
- Prepare and manage all related documents including the copy, filling and recording ensure the accuracy and timelines.
- Communicate with related department/sector for all support needed to CBO (internal connection, email, correspondences, etc.)
- Conducting or preparing any research CBO may require.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by CBO
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative or related field;
- Experience related in executive assistant and/or administrative role reporting to management level will be a plus
- Good verbal and written of English communications;
- Multi-tasking and result-oriented;
- Good at problem solving PowerPoint and strong organizational skills;
- Dynamic, good interpersonal skill, fast learning and positive attitude;
- Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
- Knowledge in Mandarin language (verbal and written) will be a plus.
