DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow up & report about on-site visit potential locations for additional offsite ATM installation.
- Follow up & report about on-site visit offsite ATM booth for maintenance or renovation.
- Review lease agreement & arrange schedule for renewal.
- Review proposal & follow up for approval from top management.
- Review invoice from Contractor / Supplier before process approval from management. Review offsite ATM location rental invoice before process approval from management.
- Make offsite ATM location rental invoice report to management.
- Make ATM installation report to management.
- Make ATM transaction report to management.
- Filing Lease Agreement for ATM Location, Proposal & Invoice from Landlord / Contractor / Supplier.
- Keep good relationship with other internal department for accelerating our work
- Keep good relationship with Contractor / Supplier for low cost, good quality, & fast delivery of product. Keep good relationship with Landlord for maintenance the profitability Other tasks to be assigned by Manager and Head.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduated in Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields;
- Good communication in English (Chinese is an added advantage)
- Good command Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook (Design/Coding is an added advantage)
