POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role focuses on growing deposit for the Bank with primary focus on sales. Provide training and coaching branch sales staff to achieve high sale performance.
DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Referral new company, payroll agreement to increase number of employee banking accounts to branches.
- On time support branches, customer request and inquiry by join discussion with related stakeholders for solution.
- Provide training, coaching deposit sales staff onsite at branch onselling skills and products/services.
- Review daily sale pipeline report, monitor deposit sale staff performance and discuss with Branch Manager for new improvement plan.
- Seek cooperate and onboard products/services providers in various private sectors to promote payment via Mobile Banking, Corporate Internet Banking CASA accounts, KHQR and offer varieties as well as more convenience in digital channel for CNB account holders.
- Review deposit or other products performance and payroll service as assigned and push sales for all these products across all branch channels including new launched products/services.
- Coordinate with branch and related stakeholders to implement new project assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance and Banking, or related field.
- At least 2 years experiences in banking sector preferably in branch operation, product management.
- A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenge.
- Good negotiation and internal & external relationship building skills.
- Strong customer service and result-oriented personality.
- Strong leadership skill, people management and team building skills.
- High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
