POSITION DESCRIPTION
The IT Project Management Officer manages and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organizational objectives. The role has autonomy in coordinating and managing their work. He/she will assist the project manager in the management, coordination and contribution of project.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
- Liaising with project stakeholders and providing regular report of the project status to ensure stakeholders are updated with the status.
- Working on the project deliverables by working closely with project stakeholders, both internal and external units.
- Assisting Project Manager in developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
- Executing the project communication plan.
- Coordinating all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
- Providing support for any project reporting to management.
- Supporting and providing required info for any audit activities.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.
QUALIFICATION
- 2+ years of experience in project management role;
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals;
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English and Khmer);
- Strong people skills;
- Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
