POSITION DESCRIPTION 

Primarily responsible for acquiring, servicing, and managing customer relationships, one-on-one engagement, identifying customer needs, and providing them with the appropriate bank products, services, and solutions. This job holder is responsible for leading the high net-worth segmentation. He/she ensures the business is growing in line with bank business needs and achieves the highest target possible.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Warmly welcome customers by providing excellent service and consistent advice to customers following GSTP guidelines and protocol, either face-to-face, by phone, or by any social media connectivity.
  • Onboard new potential customers or expansion of converting existing customers and convince them to have transactions flow within the Canadia Bank account.
  • Identify potential customers and proactively determine customers's needs to recommend appropriate products and services to customers and actively cross-sell/upsell the bank's and bank partner companies' products and services to customers.
  • Be a banking service consultant; proactively identify demand and address areas of customer concern or dissatisfaction, following up and resolving any customer's complaints.
  • Derive great productivity and deliver fast, efficient, and satisfied services to our premier services lounge's customers.
  • Operating banking operations both system and documents, including cash and non-cash transactions, is accurately executed by strictly complying with bank policy, procedure, guidelines, and instructions with all eligible bank products and services.
  • Work as a team to consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and/or excellent customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by strictly complying with instructions relating to security and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities for new sign-ups, referrals, upsells, or cross-sells of banking products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with the bank guidelines, products/services, and current promotions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the bank's objectives and goals.
  • May perform duty as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector in sales and customer service roles.
  • Able to converse in English and/or Chinese is a plus.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service and result-oriented personality.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Active listening, providing reasonable feedback, and being highly responsible and willing to learn.
  • Able to use MS Word and Excel.
