POSITION DESCRIPTION
As part of IT Application Department, under Core Banking and Middleware section, Senior Officer, IT Application is in-charge of writing the code and developing the application. Apart from programming, senior officer, IT application, is also responsible for analyzing, designing, enhancing, and developing applications following the user's requirements. Moreover, all the system development has to follow the SDLC and IT policy of the bank.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation system.
- Develop/update the report as required by the system owner.
- Support all users to operate the system well.
- Testing patch/program from system vendor before deploying to the production system.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management.
- Contribute to the achievement of the Bank's objectives and goals. Testing Exercise of Disaster Recovery (IT systems).
- Working with other developers and software providers to ensure the developed functions are aligned with the overall program application.
- Resolves all technical issues that are related to servers.
- Documents all systems changed/updated.
- Contribute to the achievement of the Bank's objectives and goals.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the requirements are met.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
- Providing support for any project reporting to management.
- Supporting and providing required info for any audit activities.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
- 2+ years of experience with developing applications/systems.
- Understanding of Software Development.
- Knowledge in Java or C# and OOP concepts.
- Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP & REST) and creating API documentation.
- Knowledge of Git/SVN.
- Basic knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2)
- Experience with ESB platforms such as Fiorano and WS02 is a plus.
- Be able to administer SQL Server and Linux/Sun Solaris OS.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English.
