POSITION DESCRIPTION

The primary role of Senior officer, Card Product Promotion and Planning is to support strategic planning and execution of card product promotions. Analyze market trends, develop promotional strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cardholder engagement. Drive initiatives to increase card usage and acquisition. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop and implement card product promotion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Optimize promotional activities based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage budgets and resources for promotional projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 02 years working experience in Consumer Card Business, Marketing, or Digital Banking
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret the data for the decision making
  • Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus.
  • Good command in MS and Interpersonal Skills.
