POSITION DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the agreed-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Work collaboratively with line manager to establish project timelines.
- Monitor project deliverables and report progress to manager.
- Keep stakeholders and team members updated on project status and its progression.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding meetings with relevant teams.
- Organize internal team meetings led by department heads, direct supervisors, or designated team members to discuss project scope, roles, and workflow.
- Take meeting notes, assign tasks, and follow up with team members as needed.
- Develop necessary project tools, including editorial calendars, to support workflow and projects.
- Prepare documentation for user requirements, functional/technical specifications, UAT scripts, and user training.
- Lead and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by top management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in usability and customer-focused design is a plus.
- Passion for developing great products and solving business challenges.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Khmer and English typing, as well as MS Word, Excel, and other relevant tools.
