DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct independent credit assessment on credit review application that is submitted from business unit on loan purpose verification and credit review on SME and Corporate loan segment with an aggregate limit of above USD200K.
- Conduct independent credit assessment for all credit application/memos submitted from Business Unit on Covid-19 related restructuring exercise of the customer for Credit Committee approval.
- Ensure business unit adheres to both internal and external loan policy and procedures, and conduct site visit together with business unit, where necessary on customer’s business and collateral.
- Monitor and evaluation with credit analyst on credit review for customer business or collateral location with guideline that have been put into practice from management.
- Monitor credit review status of the bank, and monitor on collateral status and checklist for the bank.
- Provide CBC support to the relevant department to comply with NBC requirements.
- Manage staff under supervision and coaching.
- Perform other tasks as per assigned from top management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking and finance, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit review, credit analyst or other relevant experience in credit management.
- Proficiency command in English both spoken and written.
- Dynamic person, fast learner & positive attitude, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, details & result-oriented.
- Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
