Personal Loan for Migrant Workers and Trainees

This personal loan is designed to support workers and trainees preparing for employment abroad in South Korea, Japan, and Thailand. Recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, it requires no collateral, with an option to pay only interest for the first three months. This feature makes it easier to access the funds you need to start your overseas employment journey smoothly and with confidence.
Features and Conditions
Interest rate per annum
8.5% p.a.
Loan amount
Maximum of up to USD 5,000 or equivalent
Repayment method
- Pay only the interest for the first 3 months.
- From the 4th month onward, both interest and principal will be repaid in installments.
Loan term
From 12 to 24 months
Bank service charge
3% of the loan amount and shall be paid upfront
Pre-payment charge 3% on the early settle amount in part or in full if early settlement during half of loan tenor (not more than 24 months), 1% thereafter if no any notice 30 days in advance before early settle in part or in full (Follow standard loan contract).
Late Payment Charge
27% p.a on the monthly installment amount

Co-Borrower
A co-borrower is required and must be a spouse, parent, sibling, or relative residing in Cambodia.

Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • No adverse record in CBC
  • Valid National ID card / passport
  • Entry Visa/Permit document for Migrant (Borrower Only)
  • Family book/residential book
  • Official employment contract with an employer abroad certified by Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT)
