Star Card

• All customers of Canadia Bank with minimum USD50 deposits in saving, current or overdraft accounts are eligible to apply for StarCard.

How to apply for StarCard

• Complete the application form available at any Caltex Service Station or Canadia Bank outlet, and submit to any of Canadia Bank outlet.
• Deposit a minimum of USD50 for savings, current or overdraft account.
• Once approved, a customer services representative from Canadia Bank will issue the StarCard and also the Personal Identification Number (PIN) code.
• The processing time is three working days.

How to use StarCard

• Just present your Caltex StarCard at the station before fueling up and inform the cashier how much you would like to purchase.
• The cashier will then swipe Caltex StarCard through the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminal to perform the payment transaction. Then cashier will ask the customer to enter their PIN code. Once the transaction is approved, the cashier will ask the customer to sign on the printed sales slip (Bank’s Copy).
• Your purchase will be automatically deducted from your bank account, making your transaction convenient and easy.
