Terms and Conditions

• The top 5 merchants with the highest transaction growth rate are eligible for existing merchants with a minimum of 100 accumulated transactions monthly throughout the campaign period. The growth rate will be based on the average transaction per month before the campaign period.

• One merchant with the highest accumulated transactions in KHR can win up to KHR 4,000,000. The prize  includes KHR 2,000,000 in cash and KHR 2,000,000 marketing budget with Canadia Bank. The merchant and the Bank will work together in implementing the marketing budget.

• One new merchant with the highest accumulated transaction volume can win up to KHR 4,000,000. The prize will include KHR 2,000,000 in cash and KHR 2,000,000 marketing budget with Canadia Bank. The merchant and the Bank will work together in implementing the marketing budget.

• The cash prize will be credited into the merchant account within 10 working days after the campaign ends.

• One merchant is eligible to win one prize during the campaign period. 

• The highest prize in value will be given if the merchant is qualified for more than one prize criteria.

• Merchants are required to provide all legitimate sales transaction reports associated with Canadia’s KHQR payment method upon request.

• The Bank reserves the right to review all sales transaction records before crediting the prizes.

• Transactions that are refunded or reversed to the merchant’s account will not be counted in the calculation.

• In case of suspected fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious activity, merchants will be disqualified automatically.

• Canadia Bank reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
